  • Q. What type of talent do you book? Can you book our tour?A. National/International and larger scale regional acts. If you are looking to be booked, have your booking agent call or email us at twinprotx@gmail.com
  • Q. May I bring my children to a show? A. The majority of our shows are All Ages. But, many of the venues allow children 10+. Underage drinking is not allowed. If a minor is caught drinking, they will be escorted out immediately, parents and/or authorities may be contacted.
  • Q. The prices differ on the ticketing? Why?A. Base prices posted on listings do not include taxes or service fees that maybe included online or at our outlets. We work diligently to keep prices as low as possible. If you are looking to avoid online or credit card charges please visit one of our Outlet Locations.
  • Q. May I bring my camera?A. Most of the time “Point and Shoot” cameras and Phones are allowed, Audio/Video or any Pro Camera gear is typically not allowed without artist approval (this includes any extended lenses). Please send us a text at 210.446.7950 about the event in question. *Note* Photo passes are approved only through the artist and/or their management.
  • Q. Do you have a Lost and Found?A. Twin Productions does not own or are responsible for any venues. Please contact the venues directly for assistance finding your lost item. Twin Productions is not responsible lost items. Please remember, If it is valuable to you, it is probably safer at home or in your car.
  • Q. What is the start time of the show, can I get a schedule? A. Typically shows start one hour after doors though this may vary. Schedules may not be complete until door time and are not typically available to the public. We do try to post them when we can prior to the show. Please visit our Facebook or Twitter on the afternoon of the show.
  • Q. Show is Sold Out, How can I get tickets?A. To ensure that you are guaranteed entry to the show, we recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance. Once a show is sold out, we can’t do anything to help you, other than allow access to one individual each time one leaves. This scenario is avoidable by buying in advance.
  • Q. What is General Admission?A. All shows are General Admission or standing room only. Some of the venues have limited seating and VIP. Please reach out to each individual venue for their seating or VIP pricing.
  • Q. What is Will Call? Print at Home? A. Will Call is your name on a list that permits you to gain access to the venue. Print at Home is a ticket that you can print from your own home and take with you to the show!
  • Q. How Do I Advance My Show?A. If you need to advance an upcoming show, contact twinprotx@gmail.com. Shows are to be advanced no less than 48 hours prior to show night.
